TownePlace Suites by Marriott Fort Worth Southwest/TCU Area

First time staying at this location but I’m familiar with the brand so it was as expected. Property overall felt “established” but the rooms were modern. Kitchen is well-appointed with all the appliances of home, and the linens were clean and comfortable. Bathroom had a bathtub (first floor). Window looked out to the back lot. Breakfast buffet was included and had hot items like eggs and sausage along with quiche or croissant sandwiches. Waffle maker, hot oatmeal with fixings, yogurt, fruit, and bagels (with a toaster) were provided. Coffee and juice and cold milk were available as well. The location was primo of where I needed to be for my business meeting, and there were lots of restaurants in the area, but you definitely need a car unless you want delivery. Overall, I’d recommend TownPlace Suites by Marriott Ft. Worth South.

I really love this place. I stayed at another Marriot like this in my home state and it was great! This place here in Fort Worth, Texas was also great. The breakfast was good and good variety. It was one less meal I have to spend money. This place was close to a great variety of restaurants and shops. I already ran into 2 Super Target stores which was really nice because from where I am from Ohio they don't have any Super Target stores there. The rooms were very clean and had no issues at all. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I was here bowling in a Women's Senior Tournament here in Fort Worth, Texas and really had a great time. My stay was from Monday August 4th until the 9th of August.

Everything was nice and clean, staff amazing and breakfast was delicious. My husband and I went for our 7th year anniversary celebration and we had a great time. The room was amazing and they provided cookware for the kitchen in our room as well. Definitely plan on going back

My family and I stayed here for 3 weeks while our house was being renovated. Housekeeping was always on top of making sure our towels and sheets were refreshed. I really enjoyed the hospitality from the front desk ladies as well. Any concern we brought to them was taken care of and it seemed as if they genuinely cared to make us feel welcomed. Because this is a long term stay hotel, I did see reoccurring faces and families. Some nicer than others. The families that were not as nice definitely caused a lot of unnecessary commotion with the front desk or housekeepers. For example, one man yelling at the front desk ladies because he was being charged for breaking an appliance in the room. I'm pretty sure him and his family left a rotten review on here so I wanted to leave my honest review for any one that is planning to stay here in the future. The only negative review I have for this property is having my afternoon disrupted by a grown man and his wife yelling at the front desk associates. I understand being frustrated but the associates here were only trying to help. My family never encountered anything but the highest hospitality and kindness from the front desk to the maintenance workers to the housekeepers. Because we are local, I probably won't be in need of a long-term stay hotel again. But because of the welcoming experience I had at this property, I will definitely be recommending them to all my friends and family and to anyone who wants a welcoming Texas hotel experience.

Beautiful property with friendly staff. Bed is comfortable and everything sparkly clean. Highly recommend.

This place is the best. My other hotel cancel on me found this place got us checked in and it's been wonderful. Joshua is the best me and husband will be back

I stayed at this hotel in Fort Worth, Texas, for work, and it was an excellent experience. The room had a kitchen, which was a huge plus for me since I could bring my own food and prepare lunch, especially because I had to start work very early each day. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-located. Definitely a great option if you’re traveling to the city for work. Highly recommended!

The building is old and needs a good paint job inside but the room was clean and the location was very convenient. Breakfast is delicious and the staff is friendly and helpful. This is my second or third time here and Would stay there again.
